An item is missing from my order?
Most of our products are shipped from our Rhode Island warehouse. However, there are times that our products have multiple boxes shipped sperately.
If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:

You must provide us with a valid bill to and ship to phone number when placing your order, in case carriers will need to schedule the delivery with you.

Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list and charged on your credit card.
